Over 50's Fitness: Build Strength, Stay Active, Feel Better

Keeping fit is about staying healthy, mobile, and confident – no matter how old you are.

Age is just a number. Our classes for Over 50's are designed to get your body moving, improve balance and mobility, and help you enjoy life with more energy and less stress. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or getting back into regular physical activity, our gym sessions offer the support, flexibility, and variety to suit your goals.

Membership: Support, Structure, and Results

Our dedicated Over 50s membership gives you access to three coached sessions per week, built around low impact workouts, strength training, and the best exercises to support bone density, heart health, and muscle mass.


You’ll work at your own pace, using a mix of body weight, resistance bands, and light weight training to build strength and improve aerobic fitness. Every session is guided by an experienced personal trainer, with a focus on proper form and avoiding injury.


We welcome all fitness levels, and regularly work around medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, arthritis, or joint pain. This is a space for older adults to feel supported, stay motivated, and enjoy the full fitness benefits of staying active.

Friday 10:00–11:00
