Functional fitness, sometimes referred to as functional training or functional movement, is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities.
Functional fitness prepares the body for real-life movements and tasks, simulating activities from home, work, or sports. This training ensures tasks like squatting, lifting, or twisting are done efficiently and safely, prioritizing real-world functionality over gym-specific postures. Essential elements of this fitness include strength, balance, mobility, and power, making daily activities like walking, jumping, or bending more manageable. In essence, our bodies are naturally designed for such coordinated movements. Join our community now to embrace a healthier lifestyle with others on the same journey..
