Owner and former Royal Marines Commando Joe Cottle established Commandofit Bristol in 2014.
Starting with bootcamps in a park in Yate and later running the business from another gym, Commandofit Bristol now operates its own gymnasium. Located in Joe’s hometown, this is a dream come true.
Joe brings 8 years of military experience as a Royal Marines Commando, including physical training and operational tours in Afghanistan. He is a fully qualified Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer, specialising in strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, and functional fitness, with a strong focus on safety to prevent injuries.
